Sobre mí

With 22 years of teaching experience, I have been a PRM Specialist since 2010, I am member of editorial board for the «JOURNAL OF SPORT AND KINETIC MOVEMENT» an international peer reviewed journal. I participate like team member to the implementation of many European LLP-Ldv, GRUNDTVIG or Erasmus+ projects since 2005 and also of many research grants at national level. I am author of many books and articles.

Interdisciplinary regarding the education and prophylaxis of diseases by exercises and health promotion programs, Physical function, occupational therapy and rehabilitation in chronic disease.

Vocación

I think my journey into science was gradual. It started as work-related tasks, then evolved through different phases as I became involved in projects and discovered new people and ideas. Each step revealed a new layer of complexity and sparked new ideas, creating a blend of intellectual challenge for me. It’s a continuous process of learning, questioning. There’s always something new to explore, and that provides continuous intellectual stimulation for me as a teacher who transfers knowledge to others.
