• Lecturer in Technical University Sofia, Bulgaria since 2012.
Subject: E-Government and E-Management
• Previous to this position, Krassimir worked for:
 Country Manager of GfK Global Service Center Bulgaria;
 United Nations DevelopmentProgramme (UNDP) , SEE and Asia-Pacific countries (9 years). He was responsible for organizing IT projects and building huge infrastructure programmes related to E-Governance and E-Parliament development in different countries – Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ethiopia, CIS and Bulgaria. Before that he has more than 11 years experience in:
 RSI Japan – as a software programmer and team lead for international projects (3 years);
 Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) – senior researcher and programmer (6 years).
• Krassimir graduated Technical University, Sofia, Bulgaria – Eng. MSc. Computer Science, and Jones International University (2004), NYC, USA – UN VDA.
He specialized in Software Development and International Development Programmes.
