I have been working in the last 25 years in participatory action research focusing on organizational change, participatory governance of social enterprises and start-ups in Canada, United Kingdom, Spain, Colombia, Peru . Training of trainers, primary, secondary and university teachers, refugees and migrants in ethical and facilitation leadership and methods for consensus. Currently collaborating as project coordinator of the Instituto de Asuntos Culturales, Spain and Visiting Fellow of York St John University, UK. Author of academic articles in Oxford University Press, Sustainability, Action-Research journals, Revista Cooperativismo y Desarrollo.
