Adriana Manolică is a dedicated academic and researcher in the field of marketing at the «Alexandru Ioan Cuza» University of Iași. With extensive experience in both teaching and research, she focuses on consumer behavior, strategic marketing, and innovation in marketing education. Passionate about guiding students and fostering critical thinking, Professor Manolică actively participates in national and international academic initiatives and events. Her work bridges theoretical knowledge with practical application, contributing to the advancement of modern marketing practices.

Resultados destacables

I am one of the researchers in Romania to explore generational marketing in depth, particularly focusing on how Millennials and Gen Z think, behave, and consume. Understanding their values, digital habits, and expectations has helped me develop frameworks that support businesses and educators in better addressing the needs of these dynamic consumer groups.

Vocación

My journey into science began with a deep curiosity about people, especially how they think, make decisions, and interact with brands and products. During my university years, I was drawn to marketing not just as a business discipline, but as a way to understand human behavior on a deeper level. The academic environment allowed me to explore these interests through research, and I quickly realized that scientific inquiry could offer both practical insights and a lifelong intellectual challenge. Over time, research became a passion, and I’ve dedicated myself to studying consumer behavior, digital transformation, and marketing innovation ever since.

Deseo científico

One of my wishes in terms of research is to contribute to a deeper understanding of how consumer values are evolving in today’s fast-changing world.
